Four projects that represent the range of leadership challenges I've taken on: org-building at an AI-forward platform, digital transformation for a legacy healthcare insurer, employee experience at global fintech scale, and e-commerce strategy at one of the world's largest telecoms.

Paciolan — Building the Design Org for a Platform at Scale
Built the design organization for a platform processing 120M+ tickets annually across 500+ colleges and entertainment venues — while defining Paciolan's AI product strategy, unifying the design system, and establishing the team and culture to sustain it.
