I'm currently Head of Design at Paciolan, leading the design organization and AI strategy for a platform that powers fan experiences across 500+ collegiate and live entertainment organizations. The work is at a meaningful inflection point — building a design org while simultaneously defining how AI changes the product we're building. It's the kind of challenge I find most energizing.

I'm selectively open to VP of Design conversations at organizations where design is treated as a strategic function — not a downstream service.
