Paciolan — Head of Design, 2024–Present
Paciolan powers ticketing, fundraising, and fan engagement for 500+ collegiate and live entertainment organizations — processing 120M+ tickets per year. Since joining as Head of Design, I've been building the design organization, establishing a unified design system across the product portfolio, and defining how AI changes both what Paciolan builds and how my team works.
The AI work is the most differentiating part of this role: designing the UX for AI-driven fan personalization, dynamic pricing interfaces, intelligent seat selection, and conversational ticketing experiences — at scale across 500+ client organizations and millions of fans.

OneTrust — Director of UX Design, 2021–2024
OneTrust is the leading enterprise platform for privacy, governance, and compliance — used by thousands of organizations globally. As Director of UX Design, I directed experience strategy across the platform and founded the organization's first Design Center of Excellence: establishing org-wide quality standards, design delivery workflows, and a research practice that scaled through a period of rapid company growth.
